One session a month over four months. Each session is a gentle invitation to return to your wholeness — one breath, one moment at a time.

1.5 hour monthly in-person sessions in an intimate circle of 10 women.
Guided meditations, energy work, journaling prompts & heart centered discussion.

A safe, non-judgmental space to share and recharge.
At our first session, you’ll receive a hand-curated gift bag with nurturing goodies to support you as you begin this journey.
In our final gathering, we’ll come together to celebrate your growth and transformation with a delicious, healthy afternoon tea — a moment to honour the powerful work you’ve done.

Unmasking
Step into a gentle exploration of the masks you wear and the roles you play.
In this intimate space, we’ll bring to light the parts of you that have been hidden and lovingly peel them back, revealing your authentic self underneath.
This session is an invitation to let go of the expectations and stories that have shaped your life & beliefs, and to begin seeing yourself with fresh, compassionate eyes.
Inner child healing
In this session, we turn inward to reconnect with the child within.
Through guided practices and meditation, we’ll offer her the tenderness, safety, and understanding she has always longed for.
This is your opportunity to nurture the parts of you that never felt fully seen, and to bring them into the light of your love and acceptance.
Limiting belief rewiring
This is the moment to release the beliefs that have kept you small.
Together, we’ll gently identify the patterns and stories that no longer serve you, and open up to new truths that align with your highest self.
This session is about reclaiming your power and rewriting the narrative of your life.
Embodiment
As we complete this journey, you’ll be invited to step fully into your most magnetic, whole self.
This final session is an embodiment practice — integrating all the layers we’ve uncovered, healed, and transformed, and walking forward with ease and clarity.
